Mondays and Wednesdays
10:00am to 5:00pm

Fridays
9:30am to 1:00pm

On rare occasion I see clients on Saturdays in Santa Ana only.

My schedule for Downey is as follows:

Tuesdays and Thursdays
11:00am to 7:45pm

Dear Client,

Thank you allowing me the opportunity to assist you. Keep in mind that my calendar fills up weeks in advance. For that reason I schedule appointments on a pre-paid basis. Last minute cancellations prohibit other clients to utilize my services and leave me with unproductive time.

Fee schedule is as follows:

  • In person sessions - $150.00 per client
  • Phone sessions - $ 95.00
  • Ear Coning session - $50.00 per client
  • Extra Cones - $10.00 each

(Procedure performed in the Santa Ana Office only)

A 50% deposit to reserve in person sessions is required.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking your next appointment.
There is no refund for missed appointments, whatever the reason.

Make sure you mail your payment/ deposit with time enough to reach me BEFORE your scheduled session. Your session will be officially booked at the time payment is received. Because most likely you'll need to see me for more than one session, I suggest that you come in prepared to leave a deposit for your follow up session. This will save us both time and inconveniences, and will ensure you get your follow up session booked right away.

For phone sessions, you will be given a phone number to call for your session. You pay for the phone call. Phone sessions are limited to clients who live in other states or countries, or at least 75 miles away from any of my clinics.

Sessions length is 45-60 minutes each. Please make every effort to be on time. Your session starts running from the time it was booked, if you are late, your session will be shortened for I must attend to the client scheduled after you.

For in person sessions, you will be required to complete your intake forms and sign in before your session begins. You will find the intake forms on a clipboard in the waiting room. Complete them when you arrive at the office. You may also download them from my web site and complete them ahead of time. You will still have to sign the log in form when you arrive at the office.

For phone sessions, please download the intake forms (Downloadable Forms), complete, and email back to me before your session is scheduled.
