Blue Tree, Inc. Returns and Exchange Policy

Before you send any product back to us for ANY reason, you MUST first request and receive a valid Return Authorization Number “RAN” preferably via email or by phone to (951) 317 0119. The RAN needs to be clearly posted on the shipping label as shown below. We suggest sending it via postal service with “Delivery Confirmation” so you have a way to track your returned package. And it should be properly packaged to prevent further damage during shipping.

CDs and DVDs are not returnable or refundable once opened. Refunds will be given ONLY for unopened product and when the returned product is received by us in resalable condition. We will gladly exchange for same title only if defective due to production or duplication errors. We must receive damaged or defective product back with the approved “RAN” before we ship any replacement. Damage to package clearly caused by the Postal Service must be refused at time of delivery or notified to us within 24 hours. We must receive notification within 72 hours of receipt of defective merchandise to validate any claim. Mishandled, scratched, or otherwise damaged product is not returnable.

Ear Candles, Oils and Other Products
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality or performance of our Ear Candles, you will receive a full refund for the unused/unopened portion of your order (less shipping & handling). Refunds will be given when the returned product with the approved “RAN” is received by us. If your order was damaged during shipping we will provide a replacement order at no charge after receiving the damaged order back. Damage to package clearly caused by the Postal Service must be refused at time of delivery or notified to us within 24 hours. Same policies apply to Other Products. Due to sanitary protocols Ear Oils are not returnable once opened. If your order was damaged during shipping we will provide a replacement order at no charge after receiving the damaged order back.
