You are responsible for providing us with your correct, current, complete, and clear address.

We take no responsibility for misdeliveries or lost packages due to incomplete/incorrect addresses.

Please remember that the shipment includes delivery confirmation, therefore you need to ensure there will be someone trustworthy present to accept your package.

Orders in the continental US are shipped via Priority Mail with delivery confirmation, to a residential or business address. No P.O. Boxes.

At your specific request we will ship through a different carrier under the following criteria:

International Orders are shipped via Global Express Mail. Delivery may take up to 14 days from the date of shipping, depending upon service in your area.

Import duties may be assessed by your National Postal Service. You are responsible for such charges.

Regulations, restrictions and rates vary from country to country. You should verify information with your National Postal Service.

We do not issue refunds for orders outside the United States due to damage or seizure by National Customs Officials.
